Zauschneria californica and

One of my favourite plants mingling with the rarely seen Polygonum scoparium)..both as tough as old boots!

A Strange plant resembling Ephedra. A tangle of wiry, leafless stems with tiny white flowers at almost any time of the year.

  1. Hi William, how hardy is the Polygonum scoparium? I like the stems.

  2. Hi Rob, it is a Med plant and am not sure..I reckon it could put up with quite a bit of cold..could be used in a container though and over wintered! I will post a bigger pic of it later.
